Invited speakers
If you are an invited speaker, no application or registration is required. All arrangements are done by personal communication.
Regular attendee
We are happy to welcome a limited number of regular attendees. To attend you have to first send an email to Erik Reimhult (erik.reimhult(at)boku.ac.at), which should include the following (brief) information:
- Name
- Academic status (student, PhD student, postdoc, senior scientist, professor)
- Affiliation
- Two sentence motivation why you want to attend the meeting
If you wish to present a poster, please submit a title and short (max 200 word) abstract in Word or RTF format. You will be notified within a couple of working days about your attendance.
Registration / Conference fee
Upon acceptance to attend the conference you will be sent instructions on how to pay the conference fee (only applies to regular attendees). The conference fee is € 420 and includes:
- conference attendance
- lunch buffet each day
- refreshments during coffee breaks
- social event with conference dinner
Hotel is not included.
